Pre-market Movers For July 15 (C, LEAP, POWI, ALVR)

Citigroup, Inc. (C) is gaining over 2 percent to $52.12. The company's second quarter earnings and total revenues improved from the prior year period. Excluding CVA/DVA in both periods and the Akbank loss in the second quarter 2012, quarterly revenues rose 8 percent year-over-year.

Leap Wireless International Inc. (LEAP) is surging 116 percent to $17.30. AT&T Inc. (T) has agreed to acquire the company for about $1.19 billion in cash. AT&T to acquire Leap, the operator of Cricket wireless service, for $15 per share in cash.

Power Integrations Inc. (POWI) is up 10 percent to $49.20 as the company raised its second quarter forecast for revenues and non-GAAP gross margin due to stronger-than-expected demand in the quarter.

Trading halt:

Trading in shares of Alvarion Ltd. (ALVR) was halted. The District Court of Tel-Aviv - Yaffo has decided to appoint Yoav Kfir as the company's Receiver. Alvarion said its management will work with Kfir and assist him in executing his plan for the company.

Trading in shares of Frozen Food Express Industries Inc. (FFEX) was halted.
