Osiris Names Gregory Law CFO; Announces Special Dividend - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (OSIR) announced the appointment of Gregory Law as Chief Financial Officer. Law has been employed with Osiris since 2014 as the Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer.

Osiris also announced the appointment of Dwayne Montgomery as Chief Business Officer. Montgomery joined Osiris in April 2014 as General Manager for the Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine franchise. In his new role, Montgomery will be responsible for Global Business Development for all products. He will continue to manage the orthopaedics and sports medicine businesses.

Separately, Osiris announced that its Board has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock, payable on October 30, 2015 to stockholders of record as of October 16, 2015.
