NVR Inc. Reports Decline In Q4 Earnings

(RTTNews) - NVR Inc. (NVR) reported earnings for fourth quarter that dropped from last year.

The company said its profit fell to $124.62 million, or $28.88 per share. This was lower than $150.89 million, or $37.80 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $47.96 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 3.5% to $1.78 billion. This was up from $1.72 billion last year.
