Northgate Names Patrick Gallagher As Group Finance Director - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Light commercial vehicle hire specialist Northgate plc (NTG.L) said it has appointed Patrick Gallagher as Group Finance Director with effect from 22 February 2016.

The company had announced in January that Chris Muir, currently Group Finance Director, will be leaving Northgate on 31 March 2016. Muir will stand down from the Board on 22 February and will provide continuity over the period until he leaves.

Gallagher's most recent appointment was Group Chief Financial Officer at Spirit Pub Company plc from 2011 until their acquisition by Greene King in June 2015. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Financial Officer at Rank Group plc from 2008 until 2011. He previously held senior finance roles at Quadriga Worldwide, Dell Inc. and Wang International.

Gallagher, aged 52, is a chartered accountant.
