New Chief Executive Officer appointed to BEKEY A/S

After a number of years of significant deficits in BEKEY A/S, the Board of Directors has adopted a more focused strategy for BEKEY A/S where the goal is profitable growth and the market areas are delimited primarily to Denmark and Norway.

As part of this and effective from today by mutual agreement, Søren Holmblad will retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of BEKEY A/S and as member of the Executive Board of North Media A/S.

Today, Jannik Bray Christensen will take up the position as new Chief Executive Officer of BEKEY A/S and also join the Executive Board of North Media A/S. Since 1 October 2017, Jannik Bray Christensen has been Chief Financial Officer of BEKEY A/S.

BEKEY A/S is wholly-owned by North Media A/S, and the change in Management will have no bearing on North Media A/S' revenue expectations and expected EBIT for 2018. The Group still expects revenue to range between DKK 1,090 million and DKK 1,155 million and EBIT before special items to be between DKK 60 million and DKK 95 million.
