NEL ASA: Request for Extraordinary General Meeting

NEL ASA (OSE:NEL) has received a request for the convening of an extraordinary general meeting from shareholders Strata Marine & Offshore AS, FENEL AS and ELMO AS, pursuant to section 5-7 (2) of the Norwegian Public Companies Act. It is requested that election of the board of directors is addressed.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held within the one month deadline set out in section 5-7 (2) of the Norwegian Public Companies Act. A formal notice will be distributed separately in due course, with a statutory notice period of three weeks.
