    RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 18, 2005--NEC Solutions (America) Inc., a premier provider of integrated solutions for the Connected Enterprise in North America, today announced an agreement with SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE:SAP), to further enhance NEC's integrated business management solutions and services offerings in North America. The agreement provides for NEC's marketing and distribution of SAP Business One, SAP's affordable, integrated business management solution for small to midsize companies and subsidiaries of global enterprises.
    NEC Solution America's Global Services Division (GSD) provides total business consulting, IT professional services, and managed services to global companies in order to help them manage and expand their business operations worldwide.
