Nanoco Enters Manufacturing Contract With Dow Chemical - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Nanoco Group Plc (NANO.L), a maker of semiconductor materials used in LCD displays, has reached a manufacturing contract with The Dow Chemical Co. (DOW) to set out information on how materials produced by Nanoco's production facility in Runcorn would be supplied to Dow as part of Dow's worldwide licensing deal with the company.

Dow is likely to begin commercial production of Nanoco quantum dots in Cheonan, South Korea, in the first half of 2015 to provide high volume supply for its display industry customers, as indicated earlier. The manufacturing contract encompasses the pricing and payment terms associated with materials supplied by Nanoco to Dow.
