Physicians and other medical professionals can use the power of their voices to create patient notes, fax or e-mail referral letters, and perform other traditionally transcription-dependent tasks.     Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical 8 has built-in understanding for more than 300,000 words, and includes 14 pre-made specialty vocabularies, including General Medicine, Pathology, Radiology, Cardiology and Surgery disciplines.
