Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, David was an ExecutiveDirector and Head of Executive Services at Morgan Stanley PrivateWealth Management. He is an industry veteran with over 13 yearsexperience in customizing risk management and monetization strategiesfor large, concentrated holders of restricted stock.
