MEDICA : 2012 Interim Financial Report now available

MEDICA (Paris:MDCA) has announced today that its interim financial report for the six months to 30 June 2012 is now available to the public and has been filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

The report is available on the company's website: www.groupemedica.com in the section entitled "Investor Relations / Regulatory Information".

Created in 1968, MEDICA is a leading provider of long and short-term dependency care in France. It operates in both the long-term care sector, with nursing homes in France and Italy, and in the post-acute and psychiatric care sector.
