Mark Chiappara Joins Deutsche Bank's US Private Wealth Management as Senior Private Banker in New York

Deutsche Bank today announced that Mark Chiappara hasjoined its US Private Wealth Management business as a ManagingDirector and senior Private Banker. Chiappara joins the firm from Bankof America's Private Bank, where he was a Senior Vice President. Inhis new role, Chiappara will focus on serving ultra-high net worthclients and select institutions in the US.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Chiappara spent several years asan investment banker at Lehman Brothers. Previously, he worked as aderivatives specialist with Goldman Sachs.

"Mark's tremendous skill set and extensive banking experience,particularly relating to capital markets and structured lending, havecontributed to his position as one of the leading private bankers inthe country," said Thomas Bowers, Head of US Private WealthManagement. "We expect Mark will have a significant impact on ourbusiness and enhance our position as a successful integrated PrivateBank."

Chiappara holds a BS from Washington and Lee University and an MBAfrom the University of Chicago. He has achieved the CPA designationand is fluent in German.
