Kimberly Tambascia Joins Voya Investment Management as a Client Advisor
NEW YORK, May 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced today that its Insurance Solutions group, which serves the asset management needs of insurers across the life, property and casualty industries, has hired Kimberly Tambascia as a client advisor. Based in New York, Tambascia reports to John Simone, managing director and head of the group.
In her new role, Tambascia is responsible for advising and marketing Voya Investment Management's capabilities to U.S. insurance companies. In addition, she also has a significant role in driving the growth and strategic direction of the Insurance Solutions group.
Prior to joining Voya, Tambascia worked at BlackRock where she was a member of their Financial Institutions Group and was responsible for advising insurance companies on their asset management needs. Prior to BlackRock, she worked for AIG as a professional lines underwriter, and at Morgan Stanley prior to that. Tambascia received her BA from New York University and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
