Kimberly-Clark Names Edwin Garcia Vice President of Corporate Diversit

DALLAS, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kimberly-Clark Corporation today announced the appointment of Edwin Garcia in the newly established role of Vice President of Corporate Diversity & Inclusion.

Formerly the Chief Executive Officer of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Garcia will lead the development of Kimberly-Clark's global diversity and inclusion strategies and programs. He will report to Liz Gottung, Senior Vice President - Global Human Resources.

As CEO of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Garcia led growth initiatives and managed national operations for the 6,500-member professional development organization. Before that, he worked in various research, product development, manufacturing, human resources and diversity roles at Eastman Kodak and Dell, Inc., (formerly Dell Computer).
