Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend and Announces Date of the 2018 Annual Shareholder Meeting

DALLAS, Nov. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.97 per share. The dividend is payable on January 3, 2018 to stockholders of record on December 8, 2017.

2017 marks the 45^th consecutive year that Kimberly-Clark has increased its dividend and the 83^rd straight year it has paid a dividend to shareholders.

The company also announced that it will hold its next annual shareholder meeting on May 10, 2018.
