Kering: Boucheron: Departure of Pierre Bouissou

Kering (Paris:KER) announces that Pierre Bouissou will be leaving his position as Boucheron President and CEO, effective 27 April 2015, to follow new professional challenges outside Kering Group.

Pierre Bouissou had joined the Kering Group in 2011 from LVMH where he served as Managing Director of Berluti.

The name of his successor will be announced in due course. During the transition, Albert Bensoussan, CEO of Kering "Luxury - Watches & Jewelry” division, will take direct responsibility of the brand.

Kering thanks Pierre Bouissou for his strong commitment and his contribution to the renewal of the Maison Boucheron.
