Jean-Marc Levy To Resign From Management Board & Leave BAT Group On Dec. 31

(RTTNews) - British American Tobacco Plc (BTI, BATS.L) said that Group Marketing Director, Jean-Marc Levy, would be named Director, Special Projects, effective September 1, 2014 and would then resign from the Management Board and leave the BAT Group on December 31,2014.

Jean-Marc has had a 21-year career with the company in various senior management roles, including; Regional Director - Western Europe, Area Director - Central & Eastern Europe, Area Director - Far East North and Global Brand Director - Lucky Strike.

Jean-Marc would be replaced as Group Marketing Director by Andrew Gray, currently Regional Director - EEMEA. Andrew would begin his new role on September 1, 2014. Andrew has been with the company for 27 years and has been a member of the Management Board for the last 7 years.

Andrew Gray would be succeeded as Regional Director - EEMEA, by Johan Vandermeulen, currently General Manager - Russia, also with effect from September 1st. Johan has been with the BAT Group for 21 years.
