Increase in Number of Shares in Avanza

Regulatory News:

As earlier announced the number of shares outstanding in Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ) ("the Company”) (STO:AZA) has increased with 27,721 due to the completed share issue as a result of the exercise of employee warrants. The warrants exercised are part of the incentive programme decided by the Annual General Meeting held on April 14, 2011. The share capital increases consequently to SEK 74,597,305.

As of June 30 there are in total 29,838,922 shares in the Company. The shares entitle the holder to equal number of votes.
