HOYLU CONFIRMS PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Hoylu announced on December 28 that that the Board of Directors of Hoylu has resolved to issue a total of 2,844,006 shares in the Company through a private placement.

The private placement has been subscribed to by Recall Capital Nordic AB, Fougner Invest AS, Alden AS, Camelback Holdings AS, Camelback Eiendom AS, Modelio Equity AB, Pine AS, Jens Mioen, Oscar Molse, Sonny Johansen, and Skadi AS.
