Hoylu AB: Change of total number of shares in Hoylu AB (publ)

Malmö February 8, 2018, Hoylu AB (publ) ("Hoylu") announces that several convertible notes have been converted as a result the number of shares in Hoylu has increased by 725,945 new shares with a subscription price of SEK 4.01.  

Hoylu's share capital has increased from 1,165,668.45 SEK to 1,225,514.64 SEK divided into 14,865,711 shares.
