Hoylu AB: Change of total number of shares in Hoylu

Hoylu AB (publ) ("Hoylu") has completed the directed shares issue previously announced as part of the communication from the extraordinary general meeting on September 7, 2017 and as a result the number of shares in Hoylu has increased by 1,000,000 new shares.

Hoylu's share capital has increased from 849,122 SEK to 931,561 SEK divided into 11,299,999 shares.

Hoylu is pleased to inform that members of Hoylu's executive team subscribed to 622,796 shares, or 63% of the 1,000,000 new shares.
