Houlihan Lokey Completes McQueen Limited Acquisition - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Houlihan Lokey (NYSE:HLI), the international investment bank, announced the successful completion of the McQueen Limited acquisition. The agreement was originally announced on July 22, 2015 and closed on September 17. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

McQueen Limited is a leading London-based independent advisory firm that provides corporate finance and other strategic advisory services to clients in the consumer sector.

Following the acquisition, Houlihan Lokey's Consumer, Food & Retail or CFR Group comprises 45 professionals based in London, New York, Chicago, Dallas, and San Francisco.
