HemaCare Names Anna Stock Chief Operating Officer and Lisa Bacerra Chief Financial Officer
HemaCare Corporation (OTCBB:HEMA) today announced that it has named Anna Stock as Chief Operating Officer and Lisa Bacerra as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.
During her 24 year tenure with HemaCare, Ms. Stock most recently held the position of Vice President of Operations.
Ms. Bacerra had been the Company's Corporate Controller since 2007. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Natren, Inc. and Senior Financial Manager at Prudential Healthcare of California.
Commenting on the appointments, Pete van der Wal, HemaCare’s President and CEO, stated, "I am delighted to have Anna and Lisa join the executive team. Their proven expertise and leadership skills will be invaluable in supporting further profitable growth for the Company.”
