GE Energy Financial Services, Partners, Relocate Ceremony for Idaho’s Largest Wind Power Project

WHAT: GE Energy Financial Services and its partners are moving the location of a planned Aug. 24 kickoff ceremony for the Idaho Wind Partners project. With a price tag of almost $500 million, the portfolio of 11 wind farms is Idaho’s largest wind power project, with the capacity to generate 183 megawatts, enough to power approximately 39,700 average Idaho homes.

Take I-84 East to Exit 137 (Bliss/Buhl – US Hwy 30)
Keep right at
the fork and continue toward US 26 E/US 30 E
Continue for 2.5 miles
and the park will be on your right.
From the East (Pocatello):
Take I-86 W merging to I-84 W
Take exit 141 (Bliss/Hagerman – US
Hwy 26)
Turn left at US 26 W continue for 1 mile and the park will
be on your left.
