Frontier Communications Q4 Profit Tops Estimate

(RTTNews) - Frontier Communications Corp. (FTR) reported net income for the fourth quarter of $67.8 million, or $0.07 per share, compared to $24.9 million, or $0.02 per share, for the year-ago quarter.

Excluding items, adjusted net income for the fourth quarter was $72.2 million, or $0.07 per share, compared to $57.0 million or $0.06 per share in the prior year quarter.

Revenue for the fourth quarter was $1.18 billion, compared to $1.23 billion a year ago.

Analysts currently expect the company to earn $0.06 per share on revenue of $1.18 billion for the fourth quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
