Fearghal Woods Appointed Head of EMEA Fund Administration Product for Northern Trust

Fearghal Woods has been named by Northern Trust (Nasdaq: NTRS) as head of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) fund administration product. In his new role, Woods is responsible for defining and executing the regional product strategy in support of asset managers, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and ETF administration.

Woods, based in Dublin joined Northern Trust in 2011 following the acquisition of Bank of Ireland Securities Services (BoISS) where he was director of business and product development. He is the current Chairman of the Irish Funds Industry Association (IFIA) Council.
