Equifax Increases Full Year Outlook - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Equifax Inc. (EFX) announce, for 2016, the company now expects revenue, including the impact of Veda, to be between $3.05 and $3.15 billion, reflecting constant currency revenue growth of 17 percent to 21 percent, partially offset by 2 percent to 3 percent of foreign exchange headwind. This is up from the previous guidance of $3.0 to $3.1 billion. The company noted that it also expects additional growth from acquisition pipeline, which was not included in our current 2016 outlook.
Adjusted EPS for 2016 is expected to be between $5.15 and $5.25, which is up 14 percent to 17 percent. Excluding approximately $0.12 per share negative impact from foreign exchange, this reflects constant currency organic EPS growth of 17 percent to 19 percent. The earnings guidance is up from the prior outlook of $4.95 to $5.05.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report profit per share of $5.03 on revenue of $3.05 billion. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
