The net proceeds from the Capital Increase are primarily to be used to improve the Company's equity base. Furthermore, the additional funds are to support the company's long-term growth strategy. "We would like to thank all investors for their support. The proceeds from the issue strengthen our balance sheet in the long term, putting us in a much more robust position in the current macroeconomic environment, which is a significant factor for our employees, customers and service providers," said Jan-Dirk Henrich, CFO of Exasol. "We remain unwaveringly committed to our goal of becoming operationally profitable in the second half of the year. For the period thereafter, the issue proceeds give us additional flexibility to invest selectively in our growth."

"The market for data analytics continues to be dynamic and offers great potential for innovative companies like us. We can now exploit this potential even better for ourselves."
