ELong Names Philip Yang CFO, Succeeding Rong Luo

(RTTNews) - eLong, Inc. (LONG), a Chinese mobile and online travel service provider, announced late Monday the appointment of Philip Yang as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1.

The company noted that Rong Luo, eLong's Chief Financial Officer, and Jason Xie, Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the firm on September 30.

Yang is currently the company's Chief Accounting Officer. Since joining eLong in 2006, Yang has held a number of increasingly senior positions in eLong's Finance department, including Internal Audit Director, Financial Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.

Prior to joining eLong, he was a senior auditor with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and also previously worked at Protiviti and TOM Group Limited.

Guangfu Cui, Chief Executive Officer of eLong, said, "Jason and Rong have each made valuable contributions to eLong's growth and development, and we wish them continued success in the future.
