DSM - repurchase of shares (8 July 2016 - 14 July 2016)

Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, has repurchased 107,432 of its own shares in the period from 8 July 2016 up to and including 14 July 2016 at an average price of €54.67. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans and stock dividends, announced on 22 February 2016 and as amended on 10 May 2016. The consideration of this repurchase was €5.9 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 3,416,927 shares for a total consideration of €172 million.
