YOC continues quarterly reporting

Berlin, 15 December 2015 - YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) continues to publish its figures pursuant to IFRS four times a year. The company has published first dates in its financial calendar.

The legal obligation to prepare and publish quarterly interim reports has been removed without substitution by the German Act Implementing the European Directive amending the Transparency Directive (German: Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Transparenzrichtlinien-Änderungsrichtlinie). This constitutes a facilitation of operating obligations. Being a company listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, YOC AG will continue to publish quarterly reports and thus communicate its financial figures four times a year.

The company will publish its annual financial report for financial year 2015 on 22 April 2016. The financial report for Q1 2016 will follow on 20 May 2016, the half-year report on 12 August 2016 and the financial report for Q3 on 18 November 2016.
