Steinhoff - Notification of availability of information prior to lenders' meeting

Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (the "Company")

As previously announced, the Company is today holding a meeting with its lenders and in advance of that meeting the Company hereby announces certain information set out in a presentation for the meeting and that those materials are now available on its website http://steinhoffinternational.com/. An audio presentation of members of the Steinhoff management team discussing the presentation materials will be made available on the Company's website following the lenders' meeting.

Shareholders and other investors in the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the group.
