SFC Energy AG - Press release

SFC Energy receives strategically important follow-up order from a Canadian Oil & Gas Producer with an order volume of almost CAD 1 million

Brunnthal/Munich, Germany, January 4, 2022 - SFC Energy AG (F3C:DE, ISIN: DE0007568578), a leading supplier of hydrogen and methanol fuel cells for stationary and mobile hybrid power solutions, has received a strategically important follow-up order from a Canadian Oil & Gas Producer. The order volume amounts to almost CAD 1 million.

SFC Energy had previously been supplying its customer with state-of-the-art multivariable transmitters and innovative SCADA system solutions. However, since 2019 as part of the latest call-off, the individual components are now integrated into a complete RTU Panel solution specially tailored to the customer's requirements.

Intelligent automation systems are at the heart of industrial process plants. Once again, SFC Energy proves its high competence in field instrumentation and acts as an important technology partner for its customer to set up processes even more efficiently. SFC Energy SCADA packs, multivariable transmitters and RTUs thus help to significantly maximise operational performance.

"We look back on many years of expertise in field instrumentation. The renewed commissioning by our customer reinforces our view that we are able to deliver significant added value in the context of process automation through customised solutions," says Hans Pol, COO of SFC Energy AG.
