RIB Software SE acquires 100% of the shares in CCS UK via its 70% subsidiary CCS South Africa

Johannesburg, South Africa, 07 August 2019. RIB Software SE, the world's leading provider of iTWO 4.0 Cloud Enterprise Platform Technology for the construction and real estate industries, today announced the successful signing of the 100% acquisition of CCS UK. The acquisition was carried out by CCS South Africa (CCS SA), a 70% subsidiary of RIB Software SE.

CCS UK is the exclusive distributor of CCS SA's construction management software Candy in the United Kingdom and Ireland. CCS SA is seeking to grow its market share in the United Kingdom and Ireland by investing in CCS UK and introducing CCS SA's BuildSmart software to the market to ensure growth as well as continuity for CCS's existing clients.
