OTI Greentech AG: all agenda items at AGM approved by large majority

- Resolution adopted to list shares in the Entry Standard

Berlin, 20 June 2016 - OTI Greentech AG (WKN A0HNE8), an international environmental technology group listed at the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange, today announced that shareholders at its AGM approved all agenda items with at least 98.8 percent of the votes. Around 60 percent of the company's share capital was represented at the AGM.

Among others, the shareholders adopted a resolution to list the shares of OTI Greentech AG for OTC trading in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Management Board was authorized to file the required application with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
