HELMA Eigenheimbau AG reports 9th consecutive new order intake record: 2015 new order intake up 40 % to EUR 269.4 million

Lehrte, January 14, 2016 - In the 2015 financial year, HELMA Eigenheimbau AG - the specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts - achieved significant year-on-year new order intake growth for the ninth consecutive year, reporting consolidated new order intake growth of 40 %, from EUR 193.0 million to EUR 269.4 million.

The building services and property development areas were equally responsible for this significantly above-budget order intake result. Order volumes at building services company HELMA Eigenheimbau AG increased by 36 % to EUR 111.2 million (2014: EUR 81.8 million), while the joint new order intake of property development subsidiaries HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH und HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH rose by 42 % to EUR 158.2 million (2014: EUR 111.2 million). The HELMA Group consequently enjoys an excellent starting position to continue to report considerable revenue and earnings growth in the 2016 financial year.

During the first half of March 2016, the company will publish a Corporate News bulletin to announce its preliminary results for the 2015 financial year and its updated medium-term planning. The annual report will be published on March 31, 2016.
