In the period from February 8, 2016 to February 12, 2016 a total of 167,584 shares were acquired by HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft under the terms of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft's stock buyback program. As announced in the disclosure published on January 11, 2016 in accordance with Art. 4 (2) of Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003, the start of the buyback period was January 12, 2016. As a result, the total number of shares acquired by HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft since January 12, 2016 under the terms of the stock buyback program amounts to 689,602.

The shares of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were acquired exclusively in electronic trading on the Frankfurt stock exchange (Xetra) by a bank commissioned by HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft to acquire the shares by HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft.
