DGAP-Adhoc: DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen: Preliminary results for the first quarter of the financial year 2019

According to an analysis of preliminary results, the earnings before interest (EBIT) of DATA MODUL AG in the first quarter of 2019 are significantly above the first quarter results of last year. Nevertheless, the overall forecast for the financial year 2019 remains unchanged.
The group EBIT in the first quarter of the financial year 2019 amounted to EUR 5.1 million, marking a rise of approximately 27 % in comparison to the same period of the previous year (EUR 4.0 million). Consolidated sales with EUR 63.5 million surpassed sales in the first quarter of last year (EUR 57.5 million) by 10.5 %. Bookings remained stable, with EUR 70.8 million in comparison to EUR 69.2 million, i.e. approximately at the level of the first quarter of the previous financial year 2018.
DATA MODUL will publish definitive results for the first quarter of the financial year 2019 on 9 May 2018.
