OTI Greentech AG increases share capital to fund growth

- New issue of 420,000 shares

- Issue price per share of EUR 1.00

Berlin, 19.09.2016 - OTI Greentech AG (WKN A0HNE8), an internationally active environmental technology and engineering group listed on the Düsseldorf stock exchange, has increased its share capital via a cash capital increase excluding pre-emption rights. In total, 420,000 new shares will be issued at a price of EUR 1.00 per share. A total of EUR 420,000 fresh cash will be made available to the company as a result of the capital increase. Following the registration of the capital increase the share capital of OTI Greentech AG will be EUR 27,478,162.00, divided into 27,478,162 shares.

The cash provided will be used to finance the growth of the group.
