InFin Innovative Finance AG: Contract signed with Mars One

InFin Innovative Finance AG (Basel, Switzerland) and Mars One Merchandise Plc (London, United Kingdom) have undersigned the contract whereby InFin Innovative Finance AG acquires the entire share capital of Mars One Merchandise Plc. The Board of Directors of InFin Innovative Finance AG will execute the previously approved capital increase and acquire the first 3 percent of Mars One Mechandise Plc on 7 October 2016. The remaining shares will be subscribed in an Annual General Meeting which will take place in November 2016. It was agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. Following the completion of the transaction the company shall be named Mars One AG. Chairman of Mars One AG will be the founder of Mars One, Bas Lansdorp. CEO of Mars One AG will be Prof. Moritz Hunzinger.
