CHORUS Clean Energy AG strengthens business line Asset Management with a new Management Board position

Neubiberg/Munich, March 23, 2016 - The Supervisory Board of CHORUS Clean Energy AG ("CHORUS"), which specializes in the operation of solar and wind parks and is headquartered in Neubiberg near Munich (ISIN: DE000A12UL56), has reached an agreement with Karsten Mieth (49) today, that he will be appointed member of the Management Board. He will assume responsibility for the new Management Board position for Sales, Marketing and Institutional Services effective as of July 1, 2016. With this step CHORUS takes account of the growing importance of the Asset Management business line. The demand of institutional investors for the comprehensive offers is constantly increasing.

Karsten Mieth, most recently Executive Director of Sales at Munich-based Real I.S. AG, an asset management subsidiary of BayernLB, has more than 20 years of experience holding leading management positions in the investment and banking market, more than 10 of which were spent as Managing Director of two asset management and investment companies in the renewable energy sector.
