Basel, December 21, 2015. The following decisions were taken during the extraordinary general meeting of cashcloud AG shareholders that was held on Friday December 18, 2015, in the Hotel Best Western Stücki in Basel, Switzerland:

The general meeting of shareholders elected Prof. Moritz Hunzinger as a member and Chairman of the cashcloud AG Board of Directors. Hunzinger, a well-known European communications expert, has been advising the company for months and will play a major role in actively steering and supervising the company's planned expansion. In addition to becoming the company's new Chairman, Hunzinger will also become a new member of firm's compensation committee along with Sven Donhuysen, who was also newly appointed to the committee.

Shareholders also elected the following persons as new members of the Board of Directors: Rainer Maurice Wunderlin (former Managing Director of Bank of New York Mellon - until July 31, 2015) and Peter G. Heinz (former Chairman of the Management Board of American Express Bank Europe for many years). Dr. Paul Rüst, an attorney and notary, was elected as independent proxy representative. The general meeting of shareholders also agreed to the appointment of Mattig-Suter and Partner, a trust and auditing firm, as the company's auditor.
