Dell CEO Kevin Rollins Opens Oklahoma City Customer Contact Center

The location of Dell's new Customer Contact Center is considered aboost to the Oklahoma City's empowerment zone as the Dell facilityanchors the western portion of the riverfront development. Inaddition, the company announced a further expansion in Oklahoma Cityearlier this summer and construction has commenced on a second Dellbuilding at the site.

The Dell business segments with Customer Contact Center staff inOklahoma City now include the small-to-medium business segment,consumer business, as well as the addition of the public sector,corporate accounts and Dell service technicians and managers whoprovide technical resolutions to server and storage customers. Thecenter currently employs more than 800 people.
