Dave & Buster's Remains Notably Lower In Late-Day Trading

(RTTNews) - After gapping open sharply lower, shares of Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (PLAY) continue to see considerable weakness in late-day trading on Wednesday. Dave & Buster's is currently down by 6.8 percent after hitting a six-month intraday low.

The initial sell-off by Dave & Buster's came after the restaurant and entertainment chain reported fiscal third quarter earnings and revenues that exceeded estimates but a bigger than expected drop in comparable store sales.

Dave & Buster's also forecast high single-digit revenue growth in fiscal 2019, below current analyst expectations for an increase of 11.7 percent.
