Creative Learning Corporation Announces Las Vegas Deal

Creative Learning Corporation (BTWO.PK) owner and developer of Bricks 4 Kidz^®, the highly popular new children’s education and enrichment program, announced that it has completed the sale of the Las Vegas Multi-Unit franchise with JP DEVELOPMENT, LLC (”JPD”). JPD will be opening at least three Creativity Centers in Clark County and is already operating in 25 schools in the area.

Bricks 4 Kidz^® offers a unique program of activities for children using LEGO^® bricks – recently named the "Toy of the Century.” The company has experienced significant growth and market penetration since its founding in 2008, and is now operating in 23 states and two foreign countries.

Jeff Pappas, the principal of JP DEVELOPMENT said, "The Las Vegas market has huge potential for the Bricks 4 Kidz^® model as can be seen with the programs we are running in 25 schools. We’ve already been swamped with parents signing their children up for our summer camp program. Our Creativity Center will open on May 15^th and we expect a huge response. The company’s initial Creativity Center located in Coral Springs, Florida has achieved excellent results. Since its November opening the Center has hosted over 70 birthday parties and is nearly sold out for the summer camp season. Creativity Centers also provide after-school classes, family nights, field trips, and the retail sale of the latest LEGO^® products.
