(RTTNews) - Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (CCM) announced the results of its 2013 Annual General Meeting. The company reported that its board has appointed Yin Zhe and Ji Tian as directors and Li Yongjun as an independent director, effective from December 23, 2013.
