Commercial Metals Company Q2 Earnings Advance 69%

(RTTNews) - Commercial Metals Company (CMC) released a profit for its second quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $10.50 million, or $0.09 per share. This was higher than $6.20 million, or $0.05 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 26.6% to $1.02 billion. This was down from $1.39 billion last year.
