Cinemark: Tim Warner Extends Contract As CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Cinemark Holdings Inc. (CNK) announced that Tim Warner has extended his contract as CEO of Cinemark. The Board also announced the promotion of Robert Copple to President and Chief Operating Officer. Cinemark said, in the new role, Robert will remain engaged in the day-to-day operations of the company and will be more available to help execute global strategic initiatives.

Cinemark is a leading domestic and international motion picture exhibitor, operating 475 theatres with 5,504 screens in 40 U.S. states, Brazil, Argentina and 10 other Latin American countries as of September 30, 2013.
