CIBER Wins 2005 Oracle UK Partner Award

(NYSE: CBR), today announced it has received Oracle's 2005 UK Partner Innovation Award for its customer success, joint partnership activities, and commitment to quality in the higher education sector. Of 75 Oracle partners eligible, nine partners were nominated for the Innovation Award. CIBER was chosen because of its development of three localizations which are critically important to UK higher education institutions, and which have been vital to recent successes at the Universities of Cambridge, Manchester, and Derby.

The three localizations include: the University and College Admissions Service (UCAS) Admissions Module, which supports the processing of all student applications at UCAS and then imports the data into Oracle Campus Solutions, where it is managed by the University; the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) module, which supports all reporting requirements for customers using Oracle Campus Solutions products and which is the most robust solution of this type in the UK; and the Student Loan Company transaction module, which receives and posts Student Loan Company funds to student accounts in Oracle Campus Solutions.
