Change in Number of Shares Outstanding in Sectra During October

Regulatory News:

As of October 30, 2015, the number of shares in Sectra AB (STO:SECTB) totals 37,503,335. This means that in October, the number of shares outstanding decreased by 37,503,335 shares.

The change is attributable to a redemption procedure, which was resolved at Sectra’s Annual General Meeting on September 7, 2015. On the record date October 13, 2015, 37,503,335 redemption shares were automatically withdrawn, of which, 2,620,692 Series A redemption shares and 34,882,643 Series B redemption shares. Through this redemption procedure, SEK 4.50 per share was transferred to Sectra’s shareholders.

The number of shares after the change are distributed as follows:

· 2,620,692 ordinary Series A shares.

· 34,882,643 ordinary Series B shares.

The Series A share carries ten votes and the Series B share one vote.
